2022-23 Family Service Hours Requirement:IQ student - at least 16 hours in Vexmen Hosted Competitions*.
VRC student - at least 12 hours in Vexmen Hosted Competitions*.
If a family has more than one students in our teams, they are required to serve at least 24 hours in our events.
Each VRC participating team required to have at least one parent / one guardian to stay behind to clean up after the event.
We calculate the family volunteer hours according to your email address in registration and signup genius. Therefore,
Please use the SAME EMAIL ADDRESS across REGISTRATION and SIGNUP GENIUS. Families who didn't complete their service hours, students will sit out and volunteer at States.
If the family still do not complete their hours in States Competition, the student/family will not return next season.
If a family has hardships and cannot meet service hour commitments, please contact [email protected] for an exemption. i.e. the family where one member has cancer.
* With some exemptions that teams can volunteer in other events. However the main purpose of volunteer hours is that we have enough manpower to host our own events.
