Student mentors

Roles:

Student mentors support and guide new teams to understand robot design during the beginning of the process. They will help new students in the following areas:
- Design Process
- Building and Engineering
- Programming
- Driving
- CAD Drawing

Benefit:

Student mentors can use their mentorship hours for their graduation project.

Requirements:

Student mentor for IQ teams
- 6th/7th/8th grade student with 2 or more years in IQ

Student mentor for VRC teams:
- 9th/10th/11th/12th grade student with 2 or more years in VRC team.

- A passion to share their knowledge with younger teams.

- Good listening and communication skill

Duration:

- Once a week, from September - November
